These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rhymes mobile application and website rhymes.com.ua (the "Service"), operated by Rhymes ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides a rhyme search tool for creative and educational purposes. You may use the Service for personal use, including writing your own songs and poems. You agree not to:
You may submit rhyme suggestions, word reports, and feedback through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, review, and incorporate your submissions to improve the Service. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submitted content at our discretion.
Rhymes search is free. Rhymes+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks extra features in the Drafts editor, such as unlimited drafts, chord transposition and styled PDF export without a watermark. The features included in Rhymes+ may change over time.

The current price of each plan is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency, as set by the App Store or Google Play.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or by the store’s refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google Play directly.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails for the app.
Lyrics and other texts you write in Drafts belong to you. Drafts are stored on your device and, on iOS, backed up to your own iCloud account. They are not sent to our servers, and we claim no rights to them. You are responsible for keeping your own copies, for example with the export feature.
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The word database and rhyme algorithms are proprietary. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
We strive to keep the Service available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability or changes to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that rhyme results will be accurate or complete, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Apple iCloud, Google Play). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
